Annual Operating Revenues definition

Annual Operating Revenues means the aggregate of the Borrower’s:
Annual Operating Revenues means gross utility operating revenues derived from a utility's jurisdictional operations, including the requested rate relief.
Annual Operating Revenues means those revenues which are recorded as revenue in the accounts of the utility, resulting from all sales of commodities or services or from other uses of the utility property.

  • Operating Year means the calendar year commencing January 1st of each year (including the calendar year within which the Commencement Date occurs) during the Term.
