Annual Production Programme definition

Annual Production Programme means the annual production programme prepared by the Purchaser in accordance with Article 8;
Annual Production Programme means the annual production programme prepared by the Owner in accordance with Appendix 2, part I.
Annual Production Programme means the schedule of quantity of Copper Ore to be produced from Rakha Mining Lease and quantity of Metal in Concentrate (MIC) to be produced from Concentrator Plant in accordance with the Approved Mining Plan for each Accounting Year;

Examples of Annual Production Programme in a sentence

  • The Mine Operator shall pay Damages for any shortfall in Delivery of Coal, equivalent to the Annual Production Programme, in accordance with the provisions of Clause 21.5.

  • In the event the Contract Period is extended in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Annual Production Programme shall be deemed to be extended by a corresponding period on the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement, other than in respect of any extension of the Contract Period pursuant to Clause 3.1.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any Scheduled Maintenance shall not relieve the Mine Operator from its obligation to excavate and Deliver Coal in accordance with the Annual Production Programme under Clause 21.2.1, and, the Mine Operator shall be liable to pay the Damages under Clause 21.5 for any closure, suspension or reduction of Annual Capacity arising out of Scheduled Maintenance.

  • Less than 50% (a) 10% of Mining Charge multiplied by 10% of the Annual Production Programme (being the difference between 90% and 80% of the Annual Production Programme); (b) 20% of Mining Charge multiplied by 10% of the Annual Production Programme (being the difference between 80% and 70% of the Annual Production Programme); and (c) 30% of Mining Charge multiplied by 20% of the Annual Production Programme (being the difference between 70% and 50% of the Annual Production Programme).

  • The Mine Developer and Operator shall Design, Finance, Develop and Operate theMinesandEquipmenthavingacapacitytoexcavateandDelivertheAnnualCapacity in accordance with the Annual Production Programme and in line withapprovedMiningPlan.

  • The Mine Developer and Operator shall design, finance, develop and operate the Mines and Equipment having adequate capacity to excavate and Deliver the Coal in accordance with the Annual Production Programme and in line with Mine Plan.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that recovery of Damages under this Clause 6 “Scheduled COD” shall be the first day of the succeeding Accounting Year of the year in which at least 50% of the Contracted Capacity is scheduled in Annual Production Programme.


More Definitions of Annual Production Programme

Annual Production Programme means the annual programme of production as per the Mining Scheme and Annexure- XV. In case of change in Annual Production Programme as per provisions of Contract, the Annexure- XV shall be modified and supercede the earlier Annual Production Programme given in Mining Scheme;
Annual Production Programme means the annual production programme prepared by the Purchaser in accordance with Article 8; “Business Day” means any day of the week other than Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the location of the Plant;

  • medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges or an indication of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(b), or an equivalent clinical trial in a country in the Territory other than the United States.

  • Phase 4 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product conducted after Regulatory Approval of such Product has been obtained from an appropriate Regulatory Authority, which trial is (a) conducted voluntarily by a Party to enhance marketing or scientific knowledge of the Product, or (b) conducted due to a request or requirement of a Regulatory Authority.

  • Phase III Clinical Study means a trial involving administration of a Compound to sufficient numbers of human patients with the goal of establishing that the Compound is safe and efficacious for its intended use, to define warnings, precautions and adverse reactions that are associated with the drug or label expansion of such Compound, and to be considered as a pivotal study for submission of an NDA.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Final Product means a reasonably homogenous cannabis product in its final packaged form created using the same standard operating procedures and the same formulation.

  • Phase I Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial that is intended to initially evaluate the safety and/or pharmacological effect of a Product in subjects or that would otherwise satisfy requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a), or its foreign equivalent.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Approved clinical trial means a phase I, phase II, phase III, or phase IV clinical trial that is conducted in relation to the prevention, detection, or treatment of cancer or other life-threatening disease or Condition and is described in any of the following:

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.
