  • Annual Review means the process as set out in Clause 2.2 below and refers to the annual process of reviewing information and provisions of this Agreement in the light of legal and other changes at the School or the payment history of the parent/guardian. This is known as re- registration.

  • Annual Work Plan means each work plan approved by the Association under Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for inclusion in the Project.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

Part 46, 21 C.F.R. part 56, and other applicable regulations, an independent body comprising medical, scientific, and nonscientific members, whose responsibility is to ensure the protection of the rights, safety, and well-being of the Human Subjects involved in a study.

  • QAP shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;
