Annual season definition

Annual season means a period of twelve (12) months, regardless of the number of seasons occurring during that period.
Annual season means those periods in the Term in which the Licensed Activity may be carried out by the Licensee, being the period commencing on the second Tuesday in December and concluding on the fourth Saturday of the following March and includes any extended period granted by the Board pursuant to clause 3.4. Board means the Royal Botanic Gardens Board established under the Act and includes the person or persons to whom the Board delegates specific functions and responsibilities for the purposes of this Agreement, as notified to the Licensee from time to time.
