HSR definition

HSR means the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended.
HSR means the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended.

HSR means the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended. “Code section 409A” means section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code and the regulations thereunder.
