Apparent Successful Vendor definition

Apparent Successful Vendor or “(ASV)” shall mean the Vendor who meets all the requirements of this RFQQ, and achieves the highest total score.
Apparent Successful Vendor. (ASV) shall mean the Vendor who: (1) meets all the requirements of this RFP, and (2) receives the highest number of total points.
Apparent Successful Vendor means Vendor selected at the end of the evaluation process and invited to enter into contract negotiations with AOC.

  • If Yakima Valley Libraries fails to negotiate a contract with the Apparent Successful Vendor, the Library District reserves the right to negotiate a contract with the next most qualified Vendor.

  • OSPI will review requested exceptions and accept or reject the same at its sole discretion.Should contract negotiations fail to be completed within two (2) weeks after initiation, the Agency may immediately cease contract negotiations, declare the Vendor with the second highest score as the new Apparent Successful Vendor, and enter into contract negotiations with that Vendor.

  • If NEWESD101 PG determines that the protest is without merit, NEWESD101 PG will enter into a contract with the Apparent Successful Vendor.

  • Apparent Successful Vendor (ASV) – A Vendor submitting a response to this Solicitation that is evaluated and is identified and announced by NEWESD101 PG as providing the best value to the Agency.

  • Outer clothing means clothing that is not worn next to the skin or immediately over a garment that is being worn as underwear but ‘outer clothing’ includes hats; shoes; boots; gloves and scarves.

  • Violent juvenile felony means any of the delinquent acts enumerated in subsection B or C of

  • Professional Fee Order means the order entered by the Bankruptcy Court on July 24, 2008 at Docket No. 227 authorizing the interim payment of Professional Claims.

  • Third Party Infringement Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 23.5.1.
