Appeals Administrator definition

Appeals Administrator means the Global Benefits Director or his delegee and such other person, group of persons or entity which may be designated by the Dow Chemical Company in accordance with Section 3.02.
Appeals Administrator means the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, or, if the claim for benefits hereunder affects the Chief Executive Officer, such entity or individual as may be designated by the Organization and Compensation Committee.
Appeals Administrator means, for purposes of the appeal of all Claims, the Plan Administrator, unless the Plan Administrator designates another individual for this purpose, in which case such other person will be the Appeals Administrator for this purpose.

  • To be eligible for consideration by the Appeals Administrator, any such appeal must be in the form of a written statement explaining the Tort Trust Beneficiary’s contentions and must be received by the Appeals Administrator on or before thirty (30) days after the date of the National Settlement Administrator’s final determination.

Appeals Administrator means the person, group of persons, or entity designated as the Appeals Administrator pursuant to Section 3.02, or the person, group of persons, or entity to which a designated Appeals Administrator delegates its responsibility for deciding claims pursuant to Section 3.02. The Appeals Administrator is responsible for reviewing adverse benefit determinations under the Plan, as described in DOL Reg. § 2560.503-1(h).
Appeals Administrator means the NA Total Rewards Leader, unless a different or additional person, group of persons, or entity is designated as the Appeals Administrator pursuant to Section 6.2(a). The term “Appeals Administrator” shall also mean any person, group of persons, or entity to which a designated Appeals Administrator delegates its responsibility for deciding claims pursuant to Section 6.2(c). The Appeals Administrator is responsible for reviewing adverse benefit determinations under the Plan, as described in DOL Reg. section 2560.503-1(h). For the avoidance of doubt, more than one entity or individual may be designated as and serve as an Appeals Administrator at any given time.
