Financed Aircraft definition

Financed Aircraft means all Financed Aircraft under and as defined in the Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement.

Financed Aircraft with respect to any Loan means, collectively, each Eligible Aircraft, the acquisition of which was or is to be financed or refinanced in whole or in part by such Loan.

• The Seller, the Managing Facility Agent and each Purchaser each agrees that the Servicer may enforce its rights and interests in and under the Purchased Receivables and the Contracts and with respect to the Financed Aircraft.
