Fiber Optic Facilities definition

Fiber Optic Facilities means a certain fiber optic cable composed of at least _ ( ) strands of single mode optical fiber, which cable is owned by SUNESYS and installed along the Route.
Fiber Optic Facilities means a fiber optic telecommunications transmission system and certain appurtenant equipment and structures.
Fiber Optic Facilities means any equipment and materials including fiber optic cable, conduit and pull boxes any other appurtenances necessary for a Small Cell Facility.

  • Pathnet, at its sole cost, shall secure and maintain in effect all federal, state and local permits licenses and/or zoning approvals required to Construct and Operate the Fiber Optic Facilities, and shall satisfy any and all conditions that must be met in order to obtain any required permit, license or zoning approval.
