Applicable Government Directives definition

Applicable Government Directives means the government directives, policies, standards and guidelines that apply to the Agency, as may be amended or replaced from time to time, which are listed in Appendix 2 to this MOU;
Applicable Government Directives means means the directives listed in Appendix 3, which directives may be revised, replaced or added to in accordance with section 13.1.
Applicable Government Directives means the Government directives, policies, standards and guidelines that apply to the LCBO, as may be amended or replaced from time to time;

Examples of Applicable Government Directives in a sentence

  • Advising the Chair and the Board on the requirements of and the Agency’s compliance with the AAD, as well as other Applicable Government Directives, LHSIA, by-laws and policies, including annually attesting to the Chair on the Agency’s compliance with mandatory requirements.

  • Ensuring that Members are informed of the Applicable Government Directives and applicable legislation with which the Agency is required to comply.

  • Providing, arranging, and managing Client Services in accordance with applicable legislation, the Accountability Agreement, the MOU, the Applicable Government Directives, and accepted business and financial practices.

  • To the Minister to confirm the Agency’s compliance with applicable legislation, including the LHSIA, Applicable Government Directives, and accounting and financial policies.

  • To the Minister for the Agency’s performance in fulfilling its mandate, and for carrying out the roles and responsibilities assigned to the Chair by XXXXX, this MOU, the Accountability Agreement and the Applicable Government Directives.

More Definitions of Applicable Government Directives

Applicable Government Directives means the Government and TB/MBC directives, policies, standards and guidelines that apply to the BOF, as may be amended or replaced from time to time, which are listed in Appendix 2 to this MOU;
Applicable Government Directives means the Government directives, policies, including operational and ministry policies, standards, protocols and guidelines that apply to the Agency, including those listed in Schedule 2 to this MOU, as may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Applicable Government Directives means the regulations, directives, policies and procedures listed in Appendix 1, which may be revised or replaced from time to time;

Related to Applicable Government Directives

  • The Government means the Government of Karnataka State.

  • State Government means the Government of the State of Punjab;

  • Municipal Government Act means the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, c M-26, as amended or replaced from time to time.

  • Local government means a unit of government in a State and, if chartered, established, or otherwise recognized by a State for the performance of a governmental duty, including a local public authority, a special district, an intrastate district, a council of governments, a sponsor group representative organization, and any other instrumentality of a local government.

  • Foreign government means any jurisdiction other than the one embraced within the United States, its territories, and its possessions.
