Applicable LIBOR Spread definition

Applicable LIBOR Spread means, with respect to a Purchaser Group, the rate identified as its "Applicable LIBOR Spread" in the Supplemental Fee Letter to which the Agent for such Purchaser Group is a party.

• Except as otherwise provided in Section 3.6, the unpaid principal amount of any LIBOR Loan shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the sum of LIBOR for that LIBOR Loan plus the Applicable LIBOR Spread.
