Examples of Applicable Number of Shares in a sentence
On a date separately determined by the Company’s board of directors, the Company may acquire all of the Stock Acquisition Rights that have not been exercised before or on the day immediately prior to such date determined by the Company’s board of directors, that are held by parties other than Non-Qualified Parties (if any) and, in exchange, deliver shares in the Company in the number equivalent to the Applicable Number of Shares for each Stock Acquisition Right.
On a day separately determined by the Company’s board of directors, the Company may acquire all of the Stock Acquisition Rights that have not been exercised before or on the business day immediately prior to such date determined by the Company’s board of directors, that are held by parties other than Non-Qualified Parties and, in exchange, deliver shares in the Company in the number equivalent to the number of the Applicable Number of Shares for every one Stock Acquisition Right.
In addition, on a date separately determined by the Board of Directors, the Company may acquire the Share Options that are held by parties other than Non-Qualified Parties and, in exchange, deliver shares of common stock in the Company as consideration in the number equivalent to the Applicable Number of Shares on that acquisition date for each Share Option.
On a date separately determined by the Company’s board of directors, the Company may acquire all of the Stock Acquisition Rights that have not been exercised on or before the day immediately prior to such date determined by the Company’s board of directors, that are held by parties other than Non-Qualified Parties (if any) and, in exchange, deliver shares in the Company in the number equivalent to the Applicable Number of Shares for every one Stock Acquisition Right.
Then, the Company may, in exchange, deliver the Company’s shares in a number equivalent to the number of the Applicable Number of Shares for every one (1) Stock Acquisition Right.
