Applicable Reliability Council definition

Applicable Reliability Council means the reliability council of NERC applicable to the Local Balancing Authority of the Transmission System in which the CUU is located.
Applicable Reliability Council means (MAAC) in the case of the PJM Control Area and ECAR with respect to PJM West Region.
Applicable Reliability Council means the reliability council applicable to the Transmission System in which the Shared Network Upgrade is located.
