Applicable state requirement definition

Applicable state requirement means all of the following as they apply to emissions units in a source subject to this article (including requirements that have been promulgated or approved through rulemaking at the time of permit issuance but have future-effective compliance dates):

Applicable state requirement means any provision, standard or requirement in any statute or rule, as it applies to air contaminant emissions from a facility or source operation which is subject to this subchapter, except an applicable Federal requirement. This term includes requirements that have been promulgated by the Department and submitted to EPA as SIP revisions but have not yet been approved by EPA.

  • Applicable requirement means all of the following as they apply to emission units in a source requiring an air quality operating permit (including requirements that have been promulgated or approved by the Department or the administrator through rule making at the time of issuance of the air quality operating permit, but have future-effective compliance dates, provided that such requirements apply to sources covered under the operating permit):

  • MREL Requirement means the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities which is or, as the case may be, will be applicable to the Issuer;

  • essential requirements means all the conditions set out in Annex III which must be met by the rail system, the subsystems, and the interoperability constituents, including interfaces;

  • Applicable MREL Regulations means, at any time, the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines and policies then in effect in Norway giving effect to any MREL Requirement or any successor regulations then applicable to the Issuer, including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, CRD, the BRRD and those regulations, requirements, guidelines and policies giving effect to any MREL Requirement or any successor regulations then in effect (whether or not such requirements, guidelines or policies have the force of law and whether or not they are applied generally or specifically to the Issuer or to the Issuer and its subsidiaries);

  • Minimum Requirements means the minimum requirements for available commercial structures.   • Reporting Requirement By January 31, 2017, the District will provide for OCR’s review and approval the Web Accessibility Policy drafted consistent with Item 1.

  • Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.
