  • Each Party shall make an effort to promptly notify the other Party in writing to the extent such Party becomes aware of any new Applicable Laws or changes (or proposed changes) in Applicable Tariffs hereafter enacted, adopted or promulgated that may have a material adverse effect on either Party’s ability to perform its duties under this Order.

  • Applicable Tax means any tax applicable in the jurisdiction of the Work;

  • Applicable Taxes means the Goods and Services Tax (GST), the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), and any provincial tax, by law, payable by Canada such as, the Quebec Sales Tax (QST) as of April 1, 2013.
