Applicant Borrower has the meaning specified in Section 2.14.
applicant Party means the Contracting Party requesting information;
applicant authority means a competent administrative authority which has been designated by a Party for this purpose and which makes a request for assistance on the basis of this Protocol;
Applicant shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.10.
Applicants has the meaning set forth in Section 7.12(b).
Account Party has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.11(h) of this Agreement.
Applicable Borrower means, with respect to any Loan or other amount owing hereunder or any matter pertaining to such Loan or other amount, whichever of the Borrowers is the primary obligor on such Loan or other amount.
Borrower Agent as defined in Section 4.4.
Borrower Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.01.
Approved school means a school approved and authorized
Authorized Borrower Representative means a person at the time designated and authorized to act on behalf of the Borrower by a written certificate furnished to the Governmental Lender, the Funding Lender, the Fiscal Agent and the Servicer and containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Borrower by its Borrower Controlling Entity which certificate may designate one or more alternates.
Issuing Bank means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as the issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, and its successors in such capacity as provided in Section 2.06(i). The Issuing Bank may, in its discretion, arrange for one or more Letters of Credit to be issued by Affiliates of the Issuing Bank, in which case the term “Issuing Bank” shall include any such Affiliate with respect to Letters of Credit issued by such Affiliate.
LC Disbursement means a payment made by the Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.
Project applicant means the person submitting a Landscape Documentation Package required under Section 2.1 to request a permit, plan check, or design review from the local agency. A project applicant may be the property owner or his or her designee.
Qualified applicant means an owner or lessee of a qualified
adjudicating officer means the adjudicating officer appointed under sub-section (1) of section 71;
Permit applicant or "applicant" means a person applying for a permit.
Issuing authority means the authorized representative of the department of the City who issued the solicitation.
Designating Lender means, with respect to each Designated Lender, the Lender that designated such Designated Lender pursuant to Section 9.07(a).
Job applicant means a person, independent contractor, or person working for an independent contractor who applies to become an employee of the school district in a position that does not require a commercial driver’s license, and includes a person who has received a job offer made contingent on the person’s passing drug or alcohol testing. Job applicants for positions requiring a commercial driver’s license are governed by the provisions of the school district’s drug and alcohol testing policy relating to school bus drivers (Section III.).
Administrative Borrower has the meaning set forth in Section 17.9.
Eligible borrower means owners or others having an interest in property situated within the downtown area of a participating city, community development corporations associated with a participating city, Iowa main street program organizations associated with a participating city, community-initiated development groups associated with a participating city, or other organization associated with a participating city for purposes of implementing the Iowa main street program.
Issuing Lender means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the Lender which agrees or is otherwise obligated to issue such Letter of Credit, determined as provided in subsection 3.1B(ii).
Receiving Bank means the financial institution where a Receiving Party maintains its account.
Holdout Lender has the meaning specified therefor in Section 12.02(b).
Transferring applicant means a person transferring from another health insurer.
