Application Connection definition

Application Connection means each connection between the Platform and either: a) a Third Party Application or data source, or b) any unique combination of system/ IP addresses. For the avoidance of doubt, Endpoints include any Third Party Applications or data sources which are connected directly or indirectly to the Platform.
Application Connection means a one-to-one relationship between the Enterprise Platform and Ordering Activity’s applicable application and/or system whereby the Enterprise Platform imports and analyzes Ordering Activity Data from the application or system and creates a connection in the Enterprise Platform for Ordering Activity’s licensed use of the Enterprise Platform.
Application Connection means the one-to-one relationship between the Subscription Software and Licensee’s applicable application and/or system whereby the Subscription Software imports and analyzes Licensee data from Licensee’s application/system and creates a connection in the Subscription Software for Licensee’s licensed use. The Quantity represents the maximum number of such connections regardless of whether such connection is actively passing data at any instant in time.

  • An ARCHIBUS Software Access License such as an AI Infrastructure Connection Point (“ICP” or “ICPs”) License or an ARCHIBUS Application Connection Point (“ACP” or “ACPs”) License is required if an End-User seeks to access and/or provide access to the ARCHIBUS database, database tables, data modules, data schemas and/or documentation (“ARCHIBUS Environment”) utilizing ARCHIBUS Web Central or any third party applications.

  • Effective Date: 2018-11-08 If the applicant or its independent auditor fails to respond in a timely and satisfactory manner to additional information requests made by Ginnie Mae, its agents or contractors, within 30 days of notification by Ginnie Mae, then the applicant’s access to Application Connection will be deactivated and Ginnie Mae will stop processing the application.

Application Connection means the connection between the Application Module and the corresponding Application Backend that is established when the Application is installed on the Edge Device.

Related to Application Connection

  • Connection Contract means a contract under which Distributed Generation is connected to the Network entered into by the Distributor and a Distributed Generator in accordance with Part 6 of the Code, and, for the purposes of this Agreement, the Distributor and a Distributed Generator are deemed to have entered into a Connection Contract if the regulated terms in Part 6 of the Code apply;

  • Cross Connection means a jumper cable or similar connection provided pursuant to Collocation at the digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame or other suitable frame or panel between (i) the Collocating Party’s equipment and (ii) the equipment or facilities of the housing party.

  • Service Connection means all cables and equipment required to connect the supply mains to the electrical installation of the consumer at the point of supply;

  • Sewer connection means the connection of a structure or project to a public sewer system.

  • Application Process means the online application process under which the Applicant applies for Hospitality Packages on the Webshop.

System Deliverability Upgrades shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications or additions to Byways and Highways and Other Interfaces on the existing New York State Transmission System and Distribution System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at the requested level of Capacity Resource Interconnection Service. System Protection Facilities shall mean the equipment, including necessary protection signal communications equipment, required to (1) protect the New York State Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbances occurring at the Large Generating Facility and (2) protect the Large Generating Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbances occurring on the New York State Transmission System or on other delivery systems or other generating systems to which the New York State Transmission System is directly connected. System Upgrade Facilities shall mean the least costly configuration of commercially available components of electrical equipment that can be used, consistent with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Requirements, to make the modifications to the existing transmission system that are required to maintain system reliability due to: (i) changes in the system, including such changes as load growth and changes in load pattern, to be addressed in the form of generic generation or transmission projects; and (ii) proposed interconnections. In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.

  • Interconnection arrangements means arrangements governing the physical connection of two or more networks to allow the use of another's network to hand off traffic where it is ultimately delivered (e.g., connection of a customer of telephone provider A to a customer of telephone company B) or sharing data and other information resources.

  • Fee Application means an application for allowance and payment of a Fee Claim (including Claims for “substantial contribution” pursuant to section 503(b) of the Bankruptcy Code).

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.
