Appointing Person definition

Appointing Person has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3 of this Agreement. “Appointing Persons” shall mean all such Persons.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the rights to Corporation information granted under this Section 3.1(a) shall be permanently terminated if such Appointing Person at any time owns less than the Minimum Threshold of Fully Diluted Securities.

More Definitions of Appointing Person

Appointing Person means a person specified by the Secretary of State under regulation 3 to appoint a local auditor(2);
