Parent Articles definition

Parent Articles means the Articles of Incorporation of Parent, as amended.

Parent Articles means the articles of association of Parent in effect from time to time;

• Prior to the Closing, none of the funds held in the Trust Account may be released except in accordance with the Trust Agreement and the Parent Articles.

More Definitions of Parent Articles

Parent Articles means the Restated Articles of Incorporation of Parent.

Parent Articles means the charter of Parent.

Parent Articles means the articles of incorporation of Parent, as amended, as on file with the Division of Corporations and Commercial Code of the State of Utah and in effect as of the date of this Agreement.
