Apportionment Principles definition

Apportionment Principles has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 1.10(c).
Apportionment Principles means, in respect of apportioning a cost, benefit, Green Product or Capacity Product (each an “Apportioned Item”) between two or more projects, the following principles:

  • Erroneous Payment Return Deficiency has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 10.12(d).
