Capacity Product definition

Capacity Product has the meaning given in Section B paragraph 2.2 of the IUK Access Code;
Capacity Product means any right, entitlement, credit, offset, allowance, compensation, payment, benefit or certificate of any kind, recognised or arising under any scheme, Law, policy or arrangement which becomes available to the owner or operator of a generating facility that is attributable to the capacity or availability of the Project, but not including any Green Products or any Ancillary Services. Change in Control occurs in relation to a party where:

Examples of Capacity Product in a sentence

  • In case the BSP does not respect this Bidding Obligation, XXXX rejects all submitted aFRR Capacity Bids for the concerned aFRR Capacity Product.

  • For each “Single-CCTU” aFRR Capacity Bid, the BSP defines the following characteristics: • Concerned CCTU; • aFRR Capacity Product; • Offered volume in MW taking into account that the volumes are defined as an integer superior or equal to 1; • Price applicable in €/MW/h defined with two decimals.

More Definitions of Capacity Product

Capacity Product means a part of Pipeline capacity available for the transportation of Natural Gas, offered by the Transporter on auctions for contracting the Gas Transmission Services with defined characteristics in relation to direction, duration and manner of transportation, as set out in the Article 6 of this Network Code;

Change in Control occurs in relation to the Operator (whether alone or together with any Associate or Associates) where: a person who does not Control the Operator acquires such Control; a person that Controls the Operator ceases to have such Control; if the Operator is a trust, a change in the manager, trustee or Responsible Entity of the Operator, but in each case does not include a change in Control of the Operator which occurs as a result of: the Operator or any of its Related Bodies Corporate becoming listed on the Australian Stock Exchange or other recognised securities exchange; a transfer of or other dealing in shares in the Operator or any of its Related Bodies Corporate that are listed on the Australian Stock Exchange or other recognised securities exchange; or an internal restructure or reorganisation, provided that the restructuring or reorganisation does not result in a change to the Ultimate Holding Company (as defined in the Corporations Act) of the Operator.

Change in Control occurs in relation to the Operator (whether alone or together with any Associate or Associates) where: a person who does not Control the Operator acquires such Control; a person that Controls the Operator ceases to have such Control; if the Operator is a trust, a change in the manager, trustee or Responsible Entity of any Entity that is a trust,the Operator, but in each case does not include a change in Control of the Operator which occurs as a result of: the Operator or any of its Related Bodies Corporate becoming listed on the Australian Stock Exchange or other recognised securities exchange; a transfer of or other dealing in shares in the Operator or any of its Related Bodies Corporate that are listed on the Australian Stock Exchange or other recognised securities exchange; or an internal restructure or reorganisation, provided that the restructuring or reorganisation does not result in a change to the Ultimate Holding Company (as defined in the Corporations Act) of the Operator.
