Appraisal Programme definition

Appraisal Programme means a programme, carried out following a Discovery in the Contract Area for the purpose of appraising Discovery and delineating the Petroleum Reservoirs to which the Discovery relates in terms of thickness and lateral extent and determining the characteristics thereof and the quantity of recoverable Petroleum therein.

Appraisal Programme means a programme, as formulated in accordance with Article 10 and carried out, following a Discovery in the Contract Area for the purpose of Appraisal of the Discovery and delineating the Reservoirs to which the Discovery relates in terms of thickness and lateral extent and determining the characteristics thereof and the quantity of recoverable Petroleum therein.

Appraisal Programme means a programme for the conduct of Appraisal Operations.

Examples of Appraisal Programme in a sentence

• The Appraisal Programme shall be deemed approved as submitted if the Minister does not respond in writing within sixty (60) days of receipt of the Appraisal Programme.

• PanAfrican Tanzania shall identify for the Advisory Committee the reasons for any amendment to an Appraisal Programme.

• No amendment to an Appraisal Programme shall be made without prior review thereof by the Advisory Committee.

• If the Minister does not respond within the sixty (60) day period prescribed herein the Contractor shall send a notice to the Minister seeking decision on the proposed Appraisal Programme.

• The Minister shall respond in writing within sixty (60) days of receipt of the proposed Appraisal Programme of the Minister’s decision to approve or seek modifications to the proposed Appraisal Programme.

More Definitions of Appraisal Programme

Appraisal Programme means an approved work programme and budget prepared for purpose of appraisal;

Appraisal Programme means a programme carried out, following a discovery of petroleum for the purpose of delineating the accumulation of petroleum to which the discovery relates in terms of thickness and lateral extent and estimating the quantity of recoverable petroleum therein;

Appraisal Programme means a Work Programme submitted by the Contractor to the Coordination Committee for approval, under which the Contractor will evaluate and delineate a discovery of Petroleum, and which has been approved, or deemed approved, by the Coordination Committee as herein provided. Any Appraisal Programme which has not yet been so approved shall herein be referred to as a Draft Appraisal Programme.

Appraisal Programme means a written plan that establishes a programme for determining the extent and commercial value of a discovery of Petroleum in the Contract Area.

Appraisal Programme means the appraisal programme for Appraisal Operations, inclusive of the estimated budget of costs and expenses of carrying out the same, that the Holder prepares and is approved by the Grantor in accordance with Clause 16 3;

Appraisal Programme means an activity or programme carried out to evaluate and appraise a Discovery in the Contract Area pursuant to this Agreement.
