Appreciation Period definition

Appreciation Period means the period of time between the Date of Grant of a Right and the date that the Right is exercised.
Appreciation Period means the period beginning on the Grant Effective Date and ending (i) on the Regular Maturity Date or (ii) in the circumstances described in Section 7.3, on the applicable Early Termination Date.
Appreciation Period means the period from the date of the Grant of a Share Appreciation Right to the date of its expiry, as specified by the Board pursuant to Section 7.3.

More Definitions of Appreciation Period

Appreciation Period means, with respect to any Appreciation Units credited to a Participant’s Account hereunder and vested and payable as provided herein, the period beginning on the Grant Effective Date of such Appreciation Units and ending (i) on the applicable Regular Maturity Date with respect to such Appreciation Units, or (ii) in any of the circumstances described in Section 7.2, on the applicable Early Termination Date with respect thereto.
Appreciation Period is used as defined in Section 2.13(b).
Appreciation Period means the period from and including January 1, 2000 through and including December 31, 2001.

Related to Appreciation Period

  • Appreciation Right means a right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan, and shall include both Tandem Appreciation Rights and Free-Standing Appreciation Rights.

  • Appreciation Award means any Award under this Plan of any Stock Option, Stock Appreciation Right or Other Stock-Based Award, provided that such Other Stock-Based Award is based on the appreciation in value of a share of Common Stock in excess of an amount equal to at least the Fair Market Value of the Common Stock on the date such Other Stock-Based Award is granted.

  • SAR means a stock appreciation right granted under the Plan.

  • Award Cycle means a period of consecutive fiscal years or portions thereof designated by the Committee over which Performance Units are to be earned.

  • Vesting Period means the period of time specified by the Committee during which vesting restrictions for an Award are applicable.

  • Performance Period means the one or more periods of time, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Committee may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Goals will be measured for the purpose of determining a Participant’s right to, and the payment of, a Performance-Based Award.

  • Performance Cycle means one or more periods of time, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Administrator may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Criteria will be measured for the purpose of determining a grantee’s right to and the payment of a Restricted Stock Award, Restricted Stock Units, Performance Share Award or Cash-Based Award, the vesting and/or payment of which is subject to the attainment of one or more Performance Goals. Each such period shall not be less than 12 months.

  • Vesting Year means a unit of Service credited to a Participant pursuant to Section 9.2 for purposes of determining his vested interest in his Account.

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.

  • Deferral Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3(i) hereof.

  • Phantom Stock Award means an Award granted under Paragraph X of the Plan.

  • Phantom Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Phantom Stock Award.

  • Threshold Appreciation Price has the meaning specified in Section 5.1.
