Apprentice Mechanic shall be employed in accordance with provincial governmental regulations or any joint labour-management apprenticeship plan acceptable to the Association.

  • An Apprentice Mechanic shall be a person who is engaged by the Company to serve a maximum of three (3) years (6000 hours) and related instruction in learn- ing the aircraft or any other Mechanic's trade under the Apprentice Standards here- inafter provided for.

  • Every Employee in a classification within the craft or class covered by this Agreement, or as an Apprentice Mechanic, is covered by this Agreement.

  • The schedule for the annual tool allowance will be as follows: Bargaining Unit Occupational Class Amount Mechanic Autobody Repairer Mechanic Leader Welder* $675 Apprentice Mechanic $575 Mechanic Helper $475 *NOTE: Welder must maintain tools at Mechanic level and will be called upon, as an assignment of work, to perform Mechanic work from time to time.
