Appropriate act and regulations definition

Appropriate act and regulations means the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), or the “Environmental Protection Act”, whichever is applicable, and applicable regulations promulgated under those statutes.
Appropriate act and regulations means the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (42 USC 6901 et seq.) (RCRA), the federal Safe Drinking Water Act (42 USC 300f et seq.) (SDWA), or the Environmental Protection Act, whichever is applicable, and the applicable regulations promulgated under those statutes.

In the case of an "Approved State Program," "Appropriate Act and Regulations" includes program requirements.
