Appropriate Persons definition

Appropriate Persons means a Person who is determined by the
Appropriate Persons and “Appropriate Person” means Professional Engineers (as required by Applicable Law or Good Industry Practice) or architects who are registered or licensed to practice as architects under the Architects Act (Alberta) or landscape architects who are registered with Alberta Association of Landscape Architects all who have sufficient expertise and experience to expeditiously and efficiently perform Design activities in a proper and professional manner to the standards set out in this Agreement.
Appropriate Persons has the meaning given in Section 5.2(c) [Design and Certification Procedure] of Schedule 5 [Design and Construction Protocols];
