Design and Certification Procedure definition

Design and Certification Procedure means the procedure set out in Part 3 of Schedule 4 [Design and Certification Procedure].
Design and Certification Procedure has the meaning given in Section 6.2 [Design and Certification Procedure] of Schedule 4 [Design and Construction Protocols].
Design and Certification Procedure means the procedure for design and certification of the System and the Public Infrastructure set forth in the Design and Construction Specifications and Section 20 of the Project Agreement.

  • All designs, plans and specifications in respect of the Reinstatement Work shall be subject to the Design and Certification Procedure.

Related to Design and Certification Procedure

  • CEC Certification and Verification means that the CEC has certified (or, with respect to periods before the Project has commenced commercial operation (as such term is defined by and according to the CEC), that the CEC has pre-certified) that the Project is an ERR for purposes of the California Renewables Portfolio Standard and that all Energy produced by the Project qualifies as generation from an ERR for purposes of the Project.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Summary Subcontract Report (SSR) Coordinator, as used in this clause, means the individual at the department or agency level who is registered in eSRS and is responsible for acknowledging or rejecting SSRs in eSRS for the department or agency.

  • Recertification means the process by which a client’s eligibility to continue to receive child care assistance benefits are determined.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
