Design and Certification Procedure definition

Design and Certification Procedure means the procedure defined in Part 3 [Design and Certification Procedure] of Schedule 4 for the review of Design Data in connection with the Project Work.
Design and Certification Procedure means the procedure set out in Part 3 of Schedule 4 [Design and Certification Procedure].

  • All designs, plans and specifications in respect of the Reinstatement Work shall be subject to the Design and Certification Procedure.

  • Project Co shall be responsible at its own expense for any remedial work required as a result of any failure to pass any calibration, sample, test or trial required in accordance with this Agreement, any of the Project Requirements, the Design and Certification Procedure or any Quality Documentation or as a result of any laboratory not being duly accredited as required by this Agreement.

  • Where Project Co is required by this Agreement, any of the Project Requirements, the Design and Certification Procedure or any Quality Documentation to carry out any inspection, calibration, sample, test or trial, such inspection, calibration, sample, test or trial shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this Section 3 [Inspection and Testing] and the provisions of the relevant Quality Documentation.

  • The Concessionaire shall be responsible for the design, construction, completion, commissioning and testing of the Works which shall be carried out subject to Clauses 10.4 and 14 (Government’s Changes] in strict accordance with the Technical Requirements, the Design and Certification Procedure and the Government’s Review Procedure.

  • The DBFO Co shall be responsible for the design, construction, completion, commissioning and testing of the Works, which shall be carried out in strict accordance with the Construction Requirements and (subject to Schedule 17 [Communications]) the Communications Requirements, the Design and Certification Procedure and the Review Procedure and in such manner as to procure satisfaction of the Core Construction Requirements and the Core Communications Requirements.


More Definitions of Design and Certification Procedure

Design and Certification Procedure means the procedure set out in Schedule 3, Part 4. “Design Data” means all specifications, plans, drawings, graphs, sketches, models and other documents prepared or to be prepared by or on behalf of the Concessionaire relating to the design, construction and maintenance of the Works.
Design and Certification Procedure means the procedure for design and certification of the Bypass set forth in the Technical Requirements and Section 20 of the Project Agreement.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Federal work authorization program means any of the electronic verification of work authorization programs operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security or any equivalent federal work authorization program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security to verify information of newly hired employees, pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603.

  • Operation Procedures means the procedures contained in Annexure A hereto which the Contractor is obliged to follow when performing work on behalf of the company

  • Recertification means the process by which a client’s eligibility to continue to receive child care assistance benefits are determined.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.

  • Data Protection Impact Assessment means an assessment by the Controller of the impact of the envisaged processing on the protection of Personal Data.

  • Medicaid Certification means a certification by a state agency or other entity responsible for certifying Medicaid providers and suppliers that a health care provider or supplier is in compliance with all the conditions of participation set forth in the Medicaid Regulations.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Design Guidelines means the Fernkloof Estate architectural design guidelines to control all aspects of design and landscaping of any development within the Fernkloof Estate dev elopment, as amended from time to t ime in terms of the constitution of the MPOA or as required by the Council , a copy of the current draft which i s av ailable for inspection at the offices of the Association;

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.
