Carbon Footprint agrees to handle any materials, such as product samples or documents, supplied by the Client to Carbon Footprint in a responsible fashion and return them to the Client upon request. However, Carbon Footprint will not be responsible for any wear or tear occasioned nor for any loss or theft that might occur. All such material is supplied at the Client's own risk and Carbon Footprint is not liable for any direct or indirect or consequential loss.
