Approval Standards definition

Approval Standards means the caregiver standards as set forth in California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 9.5, Article 3 and MPP Section 31-445 that must be met before a foster family home license or approval can be issued.
Approval Standards shall have the meaning set forth in Section 17.22(e) hereof.
Approval Standards shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.30(e) hereof.

Examples of Approval Standards in a sentence

  • Submit documentation to the Board that Initial Approval Standards are met.

  • Each sponsoring organization seeking approval of its preparation program(s) shall provide evidence addressing the following Program Approval Standards, in accordance with the Guidelines for Program Approval.

  • The District shall accept all clock hour and inservice credits that meet State Board of Education Approval Standards for clock hour and inservice credit.

  • These Approval Standards set out minimum voluntary accreditation requirements and recognise that some mediators who practice in particular areas, and/or with particular models, may choose to develop or comply with additional standards or requirements.

  • The analysis shall include a description of how the applicant will comply with the applicable standards set forth in Division 5, Permit Approval Standards of these Regulations.
