Approval Standards definition

Approval Standards means the caregiver standards as set forth in California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 9.5, Article 3 and MPP Section 31-445 that must be met before a foster family home license or approval can be issued.
Approval Standards shall have the meaning set forth in Section 17.22(e) hereof.
Approval Standards shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.30(e) hereof.

Approval Standards means the assessment criteria that must be achieved by the Contractor in order to receive Approval, which includes, for clarity, payment of the applicable Fees.

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • International Financial Reporting Standards means the accounting standards and interpretations adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board.

  • Common Reporting Standard means the standard for automatic exchange of financial account information in tax matters (which includes the Commentaries), developed by the OECD, with G20 countries;

  • Minimum Standards means standards of practice that interpret the legal definition of nursing as well as provide criteria against which violations of the law can be determined.

  • Airworthiness Directive means a requirement for the Inspection, repair or modification of the Engine or any portion thereof as issued by Airworthiness Authorities.
