Approvals Date means, with respect to the shares of Series A Preferred Stock of any Holder, the day that is the fifth Business Day after the day on which the Company shall have obtained stockholder approval in the manner required therefor by NASDAQ’s rules, regulations and interpretations and the Oregon Business Corporation Act for all of the Stockholder Proposals.

  • Necessary preconstruction approvals or permits means those permits or approvals required under federal air quality control laws and regulations and those air quality control laws and regulations which are part of the applicable State Implementation Plan.
