Approved Amount means the amount that the dentist has agreed to accept as full payment for treatment.
Origination Date means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the date of the Mortgage Note relating to such Mortgage Loan, unless such information is not provided by the Borrower with respect to such Mortgage Loan, in which case the Origination Date shall be deemed to be the date that is 40 days prior to the date of the first payment under the Mortgage Note relating to such Mortgage Loan.
Modified Asset Any Serviced Loan as to which any Servicing Transfer Event has occurred and which has been modified by the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 3.24 of this Agreement in a manner that:
Modified Net Mortgage Rate As to any Mortgage Loan that is the subject of a Servicing Modification, the Net Mortgage Rate minus the rate per annum by which the Mortgage Rate on such Mortgage Loan was reduced.
Additional Cut-Off Date means, with respect to the Additional Accounts designated hereby, __________, ____.
Borrowing Base Property means Eligible Property and/or Commercial Land that the Administrative Agent has agreed to include in calculations of the Borrowing Base pursuant to Section 4.1. A Property shall be excluded from the determination of the Borrowing Base if at any time such Property shall cease to be an Eligible Property.
Specified Asset as defined in subsection 4.2.2 hereof.
Auction Date means the first Business Day preceding the first day of a Dividend Period.
Funding Date is any date on which a Credit Extension is made to or for the account of Borrower which shall be a Business Day.
Risk Transfer Date means the date when the risk of loss or damage to the Works passes from the Contractor to the Employer in accordance with sub Clauses 38.2 and 39.1.
Objection Date means the date by which Settlement Class Members must mail their objection to the settlement for that objection to be effective. The postmark date shall constitute evidence of the date of mailing for these purposes.
Initial Cut-Off Date With respect to any Initial Mortgage Loan, the later of (i) the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan and (ii) March 1, 2006. Initial Cut-off Date Pool Principal Balance: $517,241,872.77.
Notice Cut-off Date means the date specified as such in the Trigger Event Notice, which date shall be at least 20 Business Days following the Conversion Date;
Securitization Date means the effective date on which the Securitization of the first Note or portion thereof is consummated.
Asset Pool Supplement means the Second Amended and Restated Asset Pool One Supplement to the Indenture, dated as of December 19, 2007, by and among the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee and the Collateral Agent.
Approved Annual Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.11(d) hereof.
Asset Pool 1 Supplement means the Asset Pool 1 Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
Adjusted Net Mortgage Interest Rate As to each Mortgage Loan and at any time, the per annum rate equal to the Mortgage Interest Rate less the Expense Fee Rate.
Borrowing Base Value means, with respect to any Oil and Gas Property of a Credit Party or any Swap Agreement in respect of commodities, the value the Administrative Agent attributed to such asset in connection with the most recent determination of the Borrowing Base as confirmed by Required Lenders.
Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate As to each Mortgage Loan and at any time, the per annum rate equal to the Mortgage Rate less the Expense Fee Rate.
Appraised Value The value set forth in an appraisal made in connection with the origination of the related Mortgage Loan as the value of the Mortgaged Property.
