Approved Bank Affiliate definition

Approved Bank Affiliate means a Person that is a subsidiary of a Bank or of a Person of which a Bank is a subsidiary, and which is either engaged primarily in the business of commercial banking or, if not so engaged, which has been approved by the Borrower and Administrative Agent (provided that Borrower's -------- consent shall not be unreasonably withheld).

  • UK Financial Institution means any BRRD Undertaking (as such term is defined under the PRA Rulebook (as amended from time to time) promulgated by the United Kingdom Prudential Regulation Authority) or any person falling within IFPRU 11.6 of the FCA Handbook (as amended from time to time) promulgated by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority, which includes certain credit institutions and investment firms, and certain affiliates of such credit institutions or investment firms.

  • Approved Fund means any Fund that is administered or managed by (a) a Lender, (b) an Affiliate of a Lender or (c) an entity or an Affiliate of an entity that administers or manages a Lender.
