Approved Forecast Vendor definition

Approved Forecast Vendor means (x) any of CAISO or (y) any other vendor reasonably acceptable to both Buyer and Seller for the purposes of providing or verifying the forecasts under Section 4.3(d).
Approved Forecast Vendor means (a) the EIRP Forecast, or (b) any other vendor reasonably acceptable to both Buyer and Seller for the purposes of providing or verifying the forecasts under Section 4.3(d).
Approved Forecast Vendor means (x) any of [XXXX]the CAISO or (y) any other vendor reasonably acceptable to both Buyer and Seller for the purposes of providing or verifying the forecasts under Section 4.34(d).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, receipt by the Scheduling Coordinator of a Day-Ahead Forecast in the form of the CAISO VER Forecast or a Day-Ahead Forecast from another Approved Forecast Vendor shall satisfy Seller’s obligations under this Section 4.3(c).

  • Seller or the Approved Forecast Vendor shall inform Buyer of any developments that are reasonably likely to affect either the duration of such outage or the availability of the Facility during or after the end of such outage.

Approved Forecast Vendor means (x) CAISO or (y) any other vendor reasonably acceptable to both Buyer and Seller for the purposes of providing or verifying the forecasts under Sections 4.3(c) and 4.3(d).
