Approved Grade definition

Approved Grade means the final elevation of the ground surface following the Site Alteration as approved by the Director in accordance with this By- law;
Approved Grade means the elevation of ground surface of the lands as set out in a grading plan approved by the Town in respect of a permit, development approval issued under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, or the issuance of a Building Permit;
Approved Grade means the final elevation of the ground surface following Site Alteration or Movement of Fill as approved by the Director in accordance with this By-law;

More Definitions of Approved Grade

Approved Grade means the grade/earth surface that complies with all sections of the Encinitas Municipal Code and at least one or more of the following criteria as determined by the City Engineer:

  • Finished grade means the approved elevation of ground surface of lands upon which fill has been placed in accordance with this By-law;

  • Established Grade means that grade established by the City for the particular area in which a sidewalk is to be constructed.

  • Approved Ratings Threshold means each of the S&P Approved Ratings Threshold and the Moody’s First Trigger Ratings Threshold.

  • Investment Grade Credit Rating means (i) a Credit Rating of Baa3 or higher given by Xxxxx’x, (ii) a Credit Rating of BBB- or higher given by S&P or (iii) a Credit Rating of BBB- or higher given by Fitch.

  • S&P Approved Ratings Threshold means, with respect to Party A, the guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee, or an Eligible Replacement, a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating of “A-1” from S&P, or, if such entity does not have a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from S&P, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating of “A+” from S&P.

If at any time (i) both S&P and Moody’s rate a Permitted Investment and (ii) one of those ratings is below the Highest Rating Category, then such Permitted Investment will, nevertheless, be deemed to be rated in the Highest Rating Category if the lower rating is no more than one rating category below the highest rating category of that rating agency. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “Aa3” by Moody’s is rated in the Highest Rating Category. If, however, the lower rating is more than one full rating category below the Highest Rating Category of that Rating Agency, then the Permitted Investment will be deemed to be rated below the Highest Rating Category. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “A1” by Moody’s is not rated in the Highest Rating Category.

  • Pay grade means the monthly salary applicable to class titles of service personnel;

  • Lowest Adjacent Grade (LAG means the elevation of the ground, sidewalk or patio slab immediately next to the building, or deck support, after completion of the building.

  • Gross vehicle weight rating means the value specified by the manufacturer as the loaded weight of a single vehicle; and

  • Threshold Rating means the short-term unsecured debt rating of P-1 by Moody’s and the short-term issuer credit rating of A-1 by Standard & Poor’s.

  • Required Rating means a short-term unsecured debt rating of “A-1+” by S&P Global Ratings and “F1+” by Fitch.

  • Hedge Counterparty Ratings Requirement means (a) either (i) the unsecured, short-term debt obligations of the substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “A-1” by S&P or (ii) if the substitute counterparty does not have a short-term rating from S&P, the unsecured, long-term senior debt obligations of the substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “A+” by S&P, (b) either (i) the unsecured, long-term senior debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “A1” by Moody’s (and if rated “A1” by Moody’s, such rating is not on watch for possible downgrade to below “A1”) and the unsecured, short-term debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “P-1” by Moody’s (and if rated “P-1” by Moody’s, such rating is not on watch for possible downgrade and remaining on watch for possible downgrade), or (ii) if such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) does not have a short-term debt rating from Moody’s, the unsecured, long-term senior debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “Aa3” by Moody’s (and if rated “Aa3” by Moody’s, such rating is not on watch for possible downgrade to below “Aa3”), and (c) either (i) the unsecured, long-term senior debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “A” by Fitch or (ii) the unsecured, short-term debt obligations of such substitute counterparty (or its Credit Support Provider) are rated at least “F1” by Fitch. For the purpose of this definition, no direct or indirect recourse against one or more shareholders of the substitute counterparty (or against any Person in control of, or controlled by, or under common control with, any such shareholder) shall be deemed to constitute a guarantee, security or support of the obligations of the substitute counterparty.

  • Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

  • Acceptable Credit Rating means a minimum long term credit rating of either BBB from Standard & Poors or Baa2 from Xxxxx’x; Access Undertaking means:

  • Required Ratings Threshold means each of the S&P Required Ratings Threshold and the Moody’s Second Trigger Ratings Threshold.

  • S&P Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by S&P and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term public debt securities without third-party credit enhancement (it being understood that if the Borrower does not have any outstanding debt securities of the type described above but has an indicative rating from S&P for debt securities of such type, then such indicative rating shall be used for determining the “S&P Rating”).

  • CAISO Approved Meter means a CAISO approved revenue quality meter or meters, CAISO approved data processing gateway or remote intelligence gateway, telemetering equipment and data acquisition services sufficient for monitoring, recording and reporting, in real time, all Facility Energy delivered to the Delivery Point.

  • Approved Vendor means a person who has been approved for inclusion on an
