Approved Licensee definition

Approved Licensee means a suitable licensee approved by the CMA pursuant to the Licensee Approval Requirements set out in Appendix 2;
Approved Licensee means a suitable licensee approved by the CMA pursuant to the Licensee Approval Requirements set out in Appendix 2 to the Acquirers’ Undertakings and in Appendix 2 to these Undertakings;

Examples of Approved Licensee in a sentence

  • The Approved Licensee must have a clear commitment to establish a new brand or develop an existing brand for personal lubricant products and over the Licence Period to transition the licensed personal lubricant products from the K-Y brand to its own (new or existing) brand, so as to have established a brand able to compete with the K-Y brand at the end of the Licence Period.

  • The Approved Licensee must have access to adequate and appropriate financial resources, assets and expertise to operate the licensed K-Y Business and to be an effective competitor over the Licence Period as a minimum.

Related to Approved Licensee

  • Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.

  • Excluded License means an open source or other software license that requires, as a condition of license, use, modification, distribution or conveyance, that (a) the code be disclosed or distributed in source code form; (b) others have the right to modify or create derivative works of it; and/or (c) the code becomes redistributable at no charge.

  • Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including any REO Mortgage Loan) and for any Distribution Date, the amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods.   • Sublicensees as used herein in either singular or plural shall mean any person or entity other than an AFFILIATED COMPANY to which Company has granted a sublicense under this Agreement.
