Approved Portfolio definition

Approved Portfolio means any Identified Portfolio and any additional portfolio that is designated as an Approved Portfolio pursuant to Section 2.6(e) of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement. Once a portfolio is designated as an Approved Portfolio, it shall remain an Approved Portfolio notwithstanding a change in the name of the Merchant or rebranding of the retail establishment at which, or a catalogue sales business through which, goods or services may be purchased under an Account.
Approved Portfolio means (i) any credit card accounts included in a Non Co-branded Portfolio and (ii) any credit card accounts included in any of the following program portfolios: BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc.; Apple, Inc.; Black Card, LLC; BlueGreen Corporation; Xxxxxx & Xxxxx, Inc.; Republic Airways Holdings, Inc.; Virgin America, Inc.; Miles & More International GmbH; L.L. Bean, Inc.; Xxxxxxxxx.xxx, Inc.; Princess Cruise Line, Ltd.; Affinity Group, Inc.; Seamiles, LLC and Carnival Cruise Lines, a subsidiary of Carnival PLC; and US Airways Group, Inc., and (iii) any credit card accounts included in any additional program portfolio that is designated as an Approved Portfolio pursuant to Section 2.04.
Approved Portfolio means any Identified Portfolio and any additional portfolio that is designated as an Approved Portfolio pursuant to SECTION 2.8(e).

  • In addition, if on any Record Date the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables plus amounts on deposit in the Excess Funding Account is less than the Required Principal Balance, Transferor shall designate Supplemental Accounts from any Approved Portfolio to be included as Accounts in a sufficient amount such that the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables plus amounts on deposit in the Excess Funding Account will be equal to or greater than the Required Principal Balance.

  • After giving effect to such Loans, the sum of the Net Present Equity Values of all Portfolio Entities which have an FC Percentage of 100% and which do not have an Approved Portfolio Leverage Arrangement shall not be greater than 50% of the Aggregate Net Present Equity Value.

  • For the Approved Portfolio, at or prior to August 2012, the amount of receivables delinquent for more than 180 days and the number of accounts delinquent for more than 180 days, could not separately be determined without unreasonable effort or expense and therefore, to the extent applicable, are included in the 151-180 days bucket.

  • For the Approved Portfolio, the loss experience tables are based on total receivables outstanding for all the periods as well as on principal receivables outstanding for periods starting August 2012.

Bean, Inc.; Xxxxxxxxx.xxx, Inc.; Princess Cruise Line, Ltd.; Affinity Group, Inc.; Seamiles, LLC and Carnival Cruise Lines, a subsidiary of Carnival PLC; US Airways Group, Inc.; Upromise, Inc.; RCI, LLC; Xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx LP; NFL Properties LLC; Travel Rewards, Inc.; Choice Hotels International, Inc.; and Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. and (iii) any credit card accounts included in any additional program portfolio that is designated as an Approved Portfolio pursuant to Section 2.15.
Approved Portfolio means any Account owned by the Bank from time to time and included in the Private Label Programs as of the Initial Closing Date, and each additional portfolio thereafter designated as an “Approved Portfolio” (as defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement) pursuant to Section 2.6(f) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement or designated as an “Approved Portfolio” pursuant to Section 2.6(g) of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement.
Approved Portfolio means the Private Label Programs in which Accounts have been designated to the Trust as of February 28, 2010 and each other portfolio designated as an “Approved Portfolio” pursuant to Section 2.6(f).

Related to Approved Portfolio

  • Current Portfolio At any time, the portfolio of Collateral Obligations and Cash and Eligible Investments representing Principal Proceeds (determined in accordance with Section 1.3 to the extent applicable), then held by the Issuer.

  • Proposed Portfolio The portfolio of Collateral Obligations and Eligible Investments resulting from the proposed purchase, sale, maturity or other disposition of a Collateral Obligation or a proposed reinvestment in an additional Collateral Obligation, as the case may be.

  • Investment Portfolio means invested assets (including cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments, bonds or other fixed income securities and equity investments).

  • Approved Pricing Service means a pricing or quotation service as set forth in Schedule 1.01(a) or any other pricing or quotation service approved by the Board of Directors of the Borrower and designated in writing to the Administrative Agent (which designation shall be accompanied by a copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Borrower that such pricing or quotation service has been approved by the Borrower).

  • Reference Portfolio means, the notional portfolio made up of each Reference Asset, as described in this Information Statement under “Reference Portfolio”.

  • Selling Portfolio has the meaning specified in Section 2.10;

  • Collateral Portfolio means all right, title, and interest (whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising, and wherever located) of the Borrower in the property identified below in clauses (i) through (iv) and all accounts, cash and currency, chattel paper, tangible chattel paper, electronic chattel paper, copyrights, copyright licenses, equipment, fixtures, contract rights, general intangibles, instruments, certificates of deposit, certificated securities, uncertificated securities, financial assets, securities entitlements, commercial tort claims, deposit accounts, inventory, investment property, letter-of-credit rights, software, supporting obligations, accessions, or other property consisting of, arising out of, or related to any of the following (in each case excluding the Retained Interest and the Excluded Amounts):

  • Renewable Portfolio Standard or “RPS” means a state or federal law, rule or regulation that requires a stated amount or minimum proportion or quantity of electricity that is sold or used by specified persons to be generated from Renewable Energy Sources.

  • Servicing Portfolio means, as to any Person, the unpaid principal balance of Mortgage Loans serviced by that Person under Servicing Contracts, minus the principal balance of all Mortgage Loans that are serviced by that Person for others under subservicing arrangements.

  • CMSA Delinquent Loan Status Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Delinquent Loan Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Approved Price means the "fair value" as determined by the Trust in accordance with the valuation procedures adopted from time to time by the Board of Trustees of the Trust and for which the Trust receives a marked-to-market price (which, for the purpose of clarity, shall not mean Market Value) from an independent source at least semi-annually.

  • Portfolio Value means the aggregate amount of portfolio of investments including cash balance without netting off of leverage undertaken by the CDMDF.

  • Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;

  • Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.

  • Purchasing Portfolio has the meaning specified in Section 2.10;

  • Other Rating Agency Eligible Assets means assets of the Company designated by any Other Rating Agency as eligible for inclusion in calculating the Agency Discounted Value of the Company’s assets in connection with such Other Rating Agency’s rating of any series of MRP Shares.

  • Delinquent Loan Status Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Gross vehicle weight rating means the weight specified by the manufacturer as the loaded weight of a single vehicle.

  • CREFC® Delinquent Loan Status Report A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Delinquent Loan Status Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or no later than 90 days after its adoption, such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
