Travel Rewards. You must make all Travel Rewards reservations via xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. Travel Choice Rewards Affinity may not be used for minors traveling unaccompanied by an adult. Redeemed points will be deducted from your Choice Rewards Affinity Account at the time of booking. Any fees associated to the applicable redemption or ticket purchase will be the responsibility of the traveler at the time of booking. All Travel Choice Rewards Affinity must be issued at the time of booking or reservations will not be held. No point amounts, Travel Choice Rewards Affinity availability, or dates of travel are confirmed until the required number of points have been deducted and any cash balances have been paid, and the tickets or travel documents have been issued. Airline travel must be completed by the expiration date indicated on the airline travel document. The Choice Rewards Affinity Program Administrator has the right to cancel the booking in the event of non-payment or payment dispute. In the event that your credit card is declined, the Choice Rewards Affinity Program Administrator will attempt to collect payment up to two times. If we are unable to obtain authorization, your package will be subject to cancellation and standard penalties will be applied. Choice Rewards Affinity are valid only in conjunction with individual travel and are not applicable to group travel, package tours, conventions or other special rates and/or package programs, food and beverage credits, incidental expenses, or service charges. You have the option to redeem Travel Choice Rewards Affinity using a combination of Choice Rewards Affinity points and may offset the remainder of the total trip cost by paying in dollars with your OneAZ CU Choice Rewards Affinity Credit Card or you may pay for the entire booking directly with your OneAZ CU Choice Rewards Affinity Credit Card without using points. If applicable, any fees or redemption associated charges will appear on your monthly credit card statement as Trip Charges. All airline tickets booked in exchange for points are nonrefundable, nonendorsable and nontransferable. Changes to bookings are subject to the Choice Rewards Affinity Program Administration fees and conditions. All changes must be within the same travel region as defined by the carrier’s fare rules and meet the booking requirements in effect at the time of the change.   • Travel Pay Any employee required by the Employer to travel to a place of work other than his/her regular official duty station shall be reimbursed for travel costs, if eligible, in accordance with University policy.

  • Fares and Travel Allowance All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:

  • Travel Allowance 18.01 The existing Board travel allowance shall be paid to an Occasional Teacher. This shall only apply when replacing an itinerant teacher.

  • Stewards Each UNION shall have the right to designate a working journeyman as a xxxxxxx. The UNION shall notify the EMPLOYER in writing of the identity of their designated xxxxxxx. In addition to his work as an employee, the xxxxxxx shall have the right to receive, but not to solicit, complaints or grievances, and to discuss and assist in the adjustment of the same with the employee's appropriate supervisor. The EMPLOYER will not discriminate against the xxxxxxx in the proper performance of his union duties. The xxxxxxx shall not leave his work area without first notifying his appropriate supervisor or xxxxxxx as to his intent and the reason thereof, he can be reached, and the estimated time that he will be gone. Stewards shall not have the right to determine when overtime shall be worked or who shall work overtime. The EMPLOYER shall have the right to implement a system of written accountability of time spent by all stewards in the performance of their duties whenever they deem such action necessary. The presence or absence of the xxxxxxx shall not affect the work of the craft. The xxxxxxx, in addition to this work as a journeyman, will be permitted to perform during the work hours such of his normal UNION duties as cannot be performed at other times. The UNION agrees that such duties shall be performed as expeditiously as possible and the EMPLOYER agrees to allow the xxxxxxx a reasonable amount of time to perform such duties. The xxxxxxx shall receive his regular craft rate of pay. The xxxxxxx'x duties shall not include any matters relating to any supervisory function over which the EMPLOYER retains sole control. If a xxxxxxx violates any of the rules of this Article, or fails to work or competently perform work assignments, the EMPLOYER shall have the right to take whatever action deemed appropriate, including termination. The working xxxxxxx designated for one EMPLOYER has no authority with regard to the work of another EMPLOYER. If he should become involved in the affairs or disputes of another EMPLOYER, he will be subject to discharge. The EMPLOYER agrees to notify the UNION two (2) working days, confirmed in writing stating the cause, prior to termination of the working xxxxxxx except for a violation of work rules. The xxxxxxx shall be the last EMPLOYEE laid off provided he is qualified to perform the remaining work of the EMPLOYER.
