Approved Storage Location means, any third party owned or operated warehouse, storage facility, or loading facility in which the Borrower stores its Grain Inventory and Non-Grain Inventory, provided, that such warehouse, storage facility, or loading facility has been approved by the Administrative Agent and is subject to a Perfected Lien.   • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.
