Approved Vessel definition

Approved Vessel means a Vessel approved in writing by the Harbourmaster for the conveyance on the Thames of petroleum-spirit or of any other liquid of Class 3 with a flashpoint of less than 23°C or of a substance of Class 6.1 or Class 8.0;
