Approving Persons definition

Approving Persons means each of American Capital Equity II, LP, American Capital Equity III, LP, Steve Barkyoumb, JP Briffaux, Stephane Bulle, Alan Findlater; Wilbert Frieling, Nutan Gangrade, John Maxwell, Jos Mertens, Howard Moody, Andrew Nathanson, George Parker, David Spaight, Don Stump and Andy Vick.
Approving Persons means each of American Capital Equity II, LP, American Capital Equity III, LP, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, JP Briffaux, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx; Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx and Xxxx Xxxx.
Approving Persons has the meaning assigned to such term in Recital F. “Asset Classification” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.1.16.

Related to Approving Persons

  • Controlling Persons means the natural persons who exercise control over an Entity. In the case of a trust, such term means the settlor, the trustees, the protector (if any), the beneficiaries or class of beneficiaries, and any other natural person exercising ultimate effective control over the trust, and in the case of a legal arrangement other than a trust, such term means persons in equivalent or similar positions. The term “Controlling Persons” shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Financial Action Task Force Recommendations.

  • Proposing Person means (1) the Record Stockholder providing the notice of business proposed to be brought before an annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting, (2) the beneficial owner or beneficial owners, if different, on whose behalf the notice of business proposed to be brought before the annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting is made, and (3) any Associated Person on whose behalf the notice of business proposed to be brought before the annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting is made;

  • young person means a person who falls within the definition of qualifying young person in section 142 of the SSCBA.

  • Professional Persons means all Persons retained by order of the Bankruptcy Court in connection with the Reorganization Cases, pursuant to sections 327, 328, 330 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code, excluding any ordinary course professionals retained pursuant to order of the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Releasing Persons means the Plaintiff, on behalf of himself and the Settlement Class Members, and each and every Settlement Class Member, as well as their respective spouses, heirs, executors, successors, representatives, agents, parents, mandataries, tutors, curators and assigns;

  • Certifying Person As defined in Section 11.05.

  • Persons means an individual, a limited liability company, a partnership, a joint venture, a corporation, a trust, an unincorporated organization, any other entity and any governmental entity or any department or agency thereof.

  • Missing Person means a Covered Person who disappeared for an unknown reason and whose disappearance was reported to the Appropriate Authority(ies).

  • Surviving Person means, with respect to any Person involved in or that makes any Disposition, the Person formed by or surviving such Disposition or the Person to which such Disposition is made.

Exploitation shall include, at a minimum, the exploitation of the prostitution of others or other forms of sexual exploitation, forced labour or services, slavery or practices similar to slavery, servitude or the removal of organs;

  • Non-Investment Personnel means any Employee that does not meet the definition of Investment Personnel as listed above.

  • interested persons and "Assignment" shall have their respective meanings as set forth in the 1940 Act, subject, however, to such exemptions as may be granted by the Commission under the 1940 Act or any interpretations of the Commission staff.
