Approving Resolution Deadline definition

Approving Resolution Deadline means the day that is 14 days before the last day of the bid period during which offers under the Proportional Takeover Bid remain open or a later day allowed by ASIC;
Approving Resolution Deadline means the day that is 14 days before the last day of the bid period during which offers under the Proportional Takeover Bid remain open or a later day allowed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission;

Related to Approving Resolution Deadline

  • Submission Deadline means 1:00 P.M., New York City time, on any Auction Date or such other time on any Auction Date as may be specified by the Auction Agent from time to time as the time by which each Broker-Dealer must submit to the Auction Agent in writing all Orders obtained by it for the Auction to be conducted on such Auction Date.
