Arbitration Hearings definition

Arbitration Hearings means all hearings relating to the Arbitration, including, without limitation, the Arbitration Initial Hearing and the Arbitration Final Hearing.

Related to Arbitration Hearings

  • Confirmation Hearing means the hearing held by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to section 1128 of the Bankruptcy Code to consider confirmation of this Plan, as such hearing may be adjourned or continued from time to time.

  • Arbitration Board has the meaning set forth in Section 9.10.

  • Arbitration means any arbitration whether or not administered by a permanent arbitral institution;

  • Mediation means any process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.

  • Court Hearing means the hearing by the High Court of the Petition to sanction the Scheme under Section 453 of the Act.

  • Arbitration Tribunal means an organ composed of an odd number of persons known as arbitrators, who decide on the solution of a conflict in which the parties have expressly waived recourse to the ordinary civil courts

  • Hearing means an oral hearing and includes a hearing conducted in whole or in part by video link, telephone or other means of instantaneous two-way electronic communication;

  • Arbitration Act means the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and shall include any amendment to or any re-enactment thereof as in force from time to time.

  • Dispute Board (DB) means the person or persons named as such in the SCC appointed by agreement between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor to make a decision with respect to any dispute or difference between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor referred to him or her by the Parties pursuant to GCC Sub-Clause 46.1 (Dispute Board) hereof.

  • Fair Hearing means the State hearing provided to beneficiaries pursuant to Title 22, CCR, Sections 50951 and 50953. All fair hearings requested by beneficiaries shall comply with 42 CFR §§ 431.220(a)(5), 438.408(f), 438.414, and 438.10(g)(1).

  • Notice of Arbitration means the formal notice from the CONTRACTOR or the CUSTOMER to the other party referring a dispute to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2-9.

  • Conciliation means the attempted resolution of issues raised by a complaint, or by the investigation of such complaint, through informal negotiations involving the aggrieved person, the respondent, and the Secretary.

  • Arbitration Panel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.

  • Arbitration Award shall have the meaning given such term in Section 22.5.

  • JAMS means JAMS, Inc. or its successor entity, a judicial arbitration and mediation service.

  • Dispute Resolution means the procedure set forth in this LGIP for resolution of a dispute between the Parties.

  • Panel means the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers;

  • Public hearing means a hearing at which members of the public are

  • Arbitrators has the meaning set forth in Section 11.5.3.
