Archaeological Overview Assessment definition

Archaeological Overview Assessment or “AOA model” means the Kamloops TSA 2010 AOA model overview maps, or as amended from time to time, and housed by the Thompson Rivers Forest District. These maps indicate areas of low, medium or high archaeological potential within the Kamloops TSA. “archaeological resource” means the physical remains of past human activity that is protected under the Heritage Conservation Act (RSBC 1996 Chap 187).
