Archdiocesan Parishes definition

Archdiocesan Parishes means all past and present parishes of or in the Archdiocese, including any current Diocese of New Ulm parish that was previously a parish of the Archdiocese but only for the time period prior to joining the Diocese of New Ulm. “Archdiocesan Parishes” includes all the parishes identified on Exhibit H.

  • Archdiocesan Parishes subject to this paragraph (1) will receive no other distribution in connection with such Class 8 Claim and will remain liable for the full amount of assessments due from and after the Effective Date and the balance of unpaid assessments as of the Effective Date, as reduced in accordance with this paragraph.

  • The Priest Health and Dental Plan covers priests assigned to the Debtor, to the Archdiocesan Parishes, and to other Catholic entities.

  • No claims held by Archdiocesan Parishes will be treated under Class 13.

  • townsite in relation to the townsite to be established near the harbour means a townsite (whether or not constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act) primarily to facilitate the Company’s operations in and near the harbour and for employees of the Company and in relation to the mining areas means such a townsite or townsites or any other townsite or townsites which is or are established by the Company for the purposes of its operations and employees on or near the mining areas in lieu of a townsite constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act;

  • Counties means, collectively, Macomb County, Oakland County and Wayne County.

  • Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

  • Forest means an area of land defined by the minimum values for area size, tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level, and potential tree height at maturity at the place of growth of the trees as specified for each Member State in Annex II. It includes areas with trees, including groups of growing, young, natural trees, or plantations that have yet to reach the minimum values for tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level or minimum tree height as specified in Annex II, including any area that normally forms part of the forest area but on which there are temporarily no trees as a result of human intervention, such as harvesting, or as a result of natural causes, but which area can be expected to revert to forest;

  • Area of Specialty means the description of an MBE or WBE firm’s business which has been determined by the Chief Procurement Officer to be most reflective of the MBE or WBE firm’s claimed specialty or expertise. Each MBE/WBE letter of certification contains a description of the firm’s Area of Specialty. This information is also contained in the Directory (defined below). Credit toward this Contract’s MBE and WBE participation goals shall be limited to the participation of firms performing within their Area of Specialty.

  • State historic preservation officer or "officer" means the state historic preservation officer appointed by the governor under 16 U.S.C. 470a.

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

  • storey means that portion of a building which is situated between the top of any floor and the top of the floor next above it, and if there is no floor above it, that portion between the top of such floor and the ceiling above it.

  • Michigan state housing development authority means the public body corporate and politic created by Section 21 of the State Housing Development Authority Act of 1966, 1966 PA 346, MCL 125.1421.

  • Dewatering means the removal of water for construction activity. It can be a discharge of appropriated surface or groundwater to dry and/or solidify a construction site. It may require Minnesota Department of Natural Resources permits to be appropriated and if contaminated may require other MPCA permits to be discharged.

  • LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;

  • Diocese means the Catholic diocese in which the Academy is situated;

  • AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE means the AT&T owned ILEC(s) doing business in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

  • Barbering means any one or any combination of the following practices, when done upon the upper part of the human body for cosmetic purposes and when done for payment either directly or indirectly for the general public, constitutes the practice of barbering, to wit: Shaving or trimming the beard or cutting the hair; giving facial or scalp massages or treatment with oils, creams, lotions or other preparations, either by hand or mechanical appliances; singeing, shampooing or applying lighteners or color to the hair or applying hair tonics; applying cosmetic preparations, antiseptics, powders, oils, clays or lotions to scalp, face, neck or upper part of the body; and removing superfluous hair from the face, neck or upper part of the body;

  • Natural gas company ’ means a person engaged in the transportation of natural gas in interstate commerce, or the sale in inter- state commerce of such gas for resale.
