Architectural Consultant definition

Architectural Consultant means the architect or engineer retained by the Fannie Mae Loan Servicer on its own behalf and on behalf of Fannie Mae to (i) approve the plans, drawings, sketches, specifications, reports, modifications and change orders prepared by the Project Consultants; (ii) inspect the applicable Fannie Mae Enhanced Development through the Construction Phase; (iii) certify that such Fannie Mae Enhanced Development has been completed in accordance with the Approved Plans; and
Architectural Consultant means the architect engaged to provide services on behalf of the DUS Lender and Xxxxxx Xxx with respect to the Project.
Architectural Consultant means any firm, company or association duly constituted under the law of the country for providing architectural consulting services and whose ownership or at least 50% share is retained by the architects and the architectural designs and services of that firm, company or association are managed and regulated by the architects. However, construction firm, company or organization or any other firm, company or organization trading or selling construction materials or doing real estate or any other type of business shall not be treated as architectural consultant.

More Definitions of Architectural Consultant

Architectural Consultant means an Independent architect, engineer, firm of architects or engineers, other third party consultant or firm of third party consultants which is appointed by the Obligated Group Agent for the purpose of passing on questions relating to the design and construction of any particular facility, has all licenses and certifications necessary for the performance of such services and has, in the reasonable opinion of the Obligated Group Agent, a favorable reputation for skill and experience in performing similar services in respect of facilities of a comparable size and nature and, to the extent such consultant is not E3 Consulting, is acceptable to the Majority Applicable Holders.

  • Architectural services means those services described as the "practice of architecture," as defined in K.S.A. 74-7003, and amendments thereto.
