The Construction Phase Sample Clauses

The Construction Phase clause defines the period during which the actual building or assembly work of a project takes place. It typically outlines the start and end dates for construction, the responsibilities of the parties involved, and any key milestones or deliverables that must be achieved during this time. This clause ensures that all parties are clear on when construction activities are to occur and what is expected, thereby helping to coordinate efforts, manage timelines, and reduce the risk of disputes related to project scheduling.
