Archiving service definition

Archiving service means the service of electronic storage that enables the User to access to all documents created by the User in the system, uploaded in the system or received via ePošta.
Archiving service means a service able to store electronic Documents for the purposes of classification and subsequent online consultation throughout the archive commitment period chosen by Customer. The archive commitment period cannot be changed once Documents have been submitted to Xxxxx Service. Upon Customer request, Xxxxx may register Customer’s data onto a DVD-ROM or any other storage medium in line with current practices at the time of the request.
