Area B1 definition

Area B1 means the areas near Robe River coloured light green and marked “Area B1” on Plan 1 comprising the exploration licences granted under subclause (4) of Clause 9 in respect of the land previously the subject of exploration licences 47/636, 47/637 and 47/638;
Area B1 means the Magisterial Districts of Kuils River, Somerset West and Strand;

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Square Footage means the total gross horizontal areas of all floors, including usable basement and cellars, below the roof and within the outer surface of the main walls of buildings (or the center lines of party walls separating such buildings or portions thereof) or within lines drawn parallel to and two feet within the roof line of any building or portion thereof without walls (which includes, notwithstanding paragraph 3 below, the square footage of all porches), and including pedestrian access walkways or corridors, but excluding the following:

  • communal land means land under the jurisdiction of a traditional council determined in terms of section 6 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, (Act 4 of 2005) and which was at any time vested in -

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Rentable Area of Premises on Page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Commercial building means a non-residential building other than an agricultural building, an industrial building or an institutional building.

  • Lot depth Means the horizontal distance between the front and rear lot lines. If the front and rear lot lines are not parallel, “lot depth” means the length of a straight line joining the middle of the front lot line with the middle of the rear lot line. If there is no rear lot line, “lot depth” means the length of a straight line joining the middle of the front lot line with the apex of the triangle formed by the side lot lines.   • Rentable Area when applied to the Premises, is that area equal to the usable area of the Premises, plus an equitable allocation of Rentable Area within the Building that is not then utilized or expected to be utilized as usable area, including that portion of the Building devoted to corridors, equipment rooms, restrooms, elevator lobby, atrium and mailroom.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Footage means still images, video, audio and other data captured by the Flock Hardware or Customer Hardware in the course of and provided via the Flock Services.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.
