Examples of Arizona Facility in a sentence

  • At the First Closing , and as provided in Section 8 hereof, Xxxx shall sublease to Eagle, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I, all of its right, title and interest in and to the leases related to the Eloy Arizona Facility as described on Exhibit C-3 hereof together with all related fixtures, personal property (excluding inventory) and equipment located at such facility.

Related to Arizona Facility

  • Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.
