ARM Compliant Product definition

ARM Compliant Product means any single silicon chip developed by LGS which contains, at a minimum; (i) an ARM7TDMI Core or a Modified ARM7TDMI Core as defined in the 1996 Agreement; or (ii) an ARM720T Core or a Modified ARM720T Core, which has been verified in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3 of the 1996 Agreement mutatis mutandis.

ARM Compliant Product means an integrated circuit incorporating an ARM Compliant Core.

ARM Compliant Product means any product designed by or for LICENSEE which has at a minimum an ARM Compliant Core and may also have either a Cortex-A5 FPU or Cortex-A5 NEON.

Examples of ARM Compliant Product in a sentence

• Under this Annex 1, LICENSEE shall have the right to exercise the licenses granted under Clause B.1 of this Annex 1 for an unlimited number of Unique ARM Compliant Products, provided that for each such Unique ARM Compliant Product LICENSEE pays to ARM the respective Use Fee as set out in, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 8 of this Annex 1.

• A.5 For each ARM Compliant Product incorporating an Implementation of the ARM Compliant Core, LICENSEE shall keep a copy of the Equivalence Log Results for such ARM Compliant Product and shall deliver, as soon as reasonably possible, copies of such records to ARM upon request from ARM.

• Except to the extent that such terms and conditions are varied by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the ARM7201TDSP Device shall be deemed to be an ARM Compliant Product and the terms of the 1996 Agreement shall apply accordingly.

• In the event that any LG User distributes any ARM Compliant Product, other than either (i) as a constituent part of LGS’s (or such LG Group Company’s) end user products or (ii) to ARM and/or its Subsidiaries, within the period specified in this Clause 2.6, LGS agrees that such use or distribution shall be treated as a material breach of this Agreement by LGS which is incapable of remedy thus entitling ARM to summarily terminate this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Clause 18.2.

• ARM acknowledges that the determination of the invoice price on such basis may have the incidental effect of reducing the Royalties payable to ARM under this TLA, but LICENSEE agrees that reducing the Royalties payable to ARM shall never be a material factor or permitted aim in its determination of the invoice price of any ARM Compliant Product or other device which contains royalty bearing ARM Technology licensed in accordance with the terms of this TLA, as the case may be.

More Definitions of ARM Compliant Product

ARM Compliant Product or "ACP" shall mean any single silicon chip developed by LICENSEE or a Subsidiary (subject to Section 2.4), provided that such single silicon chip:

ARM Compliant Product means an integrated circuit incorporating a single Mali GPU and additional circuitry.

ARM Compliant Product means an integrated circuit incorporating any of the ARM Physical IP Products.

ARM Compliant Product means any single silicon chip developed by LGS which:

ARM Compliant Product means an integrated circuit which incorporates any or all of the Configurable System Products and Fixed System Products licensed under Section 1 Subsections 1 and 2 of this Annex 1 and may or may not include a CPU, provided that where such integrated circuit incorporates a CPU then such CPU is either: (i) a CPU manufactured under licence from ARM; or (ii) a CPU other than a CPU manufactured under licence from ARM, provided that such CPU is not: (a) substantially compliant with the ARM instruction sets licensed by ARM from time to time; or (b) marketed as being compliant with the ARM instruction sets licensed by ARM from time to time.

ARM Compliant Product means any single silicon chip developed by LICENSEE which contains at a minimum: (i) an Implementation Compliant Core; and (ii) additional LICENSEE or customer circuitry which adds significant functionality.
